If you have scratched windows we can restore them, in most cases faster than they can be replaced, and usually for less money.
The Method
Removing scratches and surface damage from glass involves a multi-stage grinding and polishing process. After selecting an abrasive grinding disk that is matched to the severity of the damage, we remove glass stock until the damage is gone. This first step is critical to a successful repair and requires patience and skill. Second, finer abrasives are used in preparation for the third step, which is the final polishing stage. After polish the glass looks as good as new.
No Distortion
We have perfected the art of polishing glass and can achieve distortion-free results each time. Unique pads and compounds allow us to remove scratches ranging in depth from .004" (deep enough to catch your fingernail) to .020" with no distortion! With a little extra time and care, even severe scratches with chipped glass fragments and dust throughout the damaged area can be successfully repaired, such as those commonly associated with graffiti.
